IV Therapy After a Snorkel or Boat Tour in Cabo
Mobile, doctor-supervised IV therapy delivered to your hotel after the snorkel, sportfishing, sunset cruise, or sailing tour you just got off — fluids, anti-nausea, electrolytes.
Why a post-tour IV makes sense
Five hours on a boat off Cabo combines sun exposure, dehydration, saltwater swimming, and often alcohol. By dinner time most travelers are running on fumes. A doctor-supervised IV at your hotel within an hour or two of returning gets you back to functional before the night’s restaurant reservation.
What we add for sea sickness
Persistent post-boat nausea is treatable with prescription IV anti-emetic (Zofran). The doctor will assess and add it when clinically warranted. See our Zofran IV guide and motion-sickness guide.
Doctor-supervised, every IV
Mexican-licensed physician reviews every IV. Prescription meds available when warranted.
Dispatch
Across Cabo, the corridor, and SJD. Typical 50–90 minutes by zone.
Independent COFEPRIS-licensed clinic
Cabo Quick Care — not affiliated with any tour operator.
How soon after the tour should I get the IV?
Within 2–4 hours is ideal. Earlier if symptoms are severe.
Will the IV cure sea sickness?
It does not cure it. Saline + Zofran significantly reduces nausea and replaces fluid loss.
Can the IV be at the Marina before I leave the dock?
Possible but uncommon — Marina IVs are mostly for boats already docked.
Pricing?
Hydration $149, Hangover $169, with Zofran add-on small additional cost.
Pediatric IV after tours?
Available with physician approval and weight-based dosing.
Insurance reimbursement?
For medically indicated IV, most US/Canadian policies reimburse.
