Money-back guarantee — how it works
We stand behind our service with a clear, written money-back guarantee. Your $59 consultation is refunded in full under any of the following circumstances:
1. Automatic refund — 15-minute response window
If a physician is not connected with you on video within 15 minutes of your scheduled booking time, your $59 is automatically refunded to your original payment method within 24 hours. No request needed.
2. Physician cannot help
If our physician determines that your concern cannot be addressed via international medical consultation (because it requires in-person evaluation, specialty care beyond our scope, or emergency intervention), the visit fee is fully refunded. You will receive a clear referral recommendation for appropriate next steps at no additional cost.
3. Technical failure on our side
If the video platform fails on our end and we cannot complete the consultation, full refund.
What is NOT refundable
- Patient no-shows (you booked, the physician was available within the 15-minute window, you did not appear). One free reschedule available within 7 days.
- Consultations that were successfully completed, where the physician provided evaluation, care plan, prescription if appropriate, and/or doctor’s note, regardless of whether you choose to fill the prescription or follow the plan.
- Medication costs. The $59 consultation fee covers the physician’s evaluation only; medications are billed separately by the pharmacy that fills your prescription.
- Cabo Care+ annual membership fees are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase (you may cancel within 14 days for a full refund).

- We respond within one business day and issue qualifying refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
HSA/FSA card refunds
Refunds to HSA/FSA cards are returned to the same card; record-keeping for tax purposes is your responsibility. We can re-issue receipts on request.
Chargeback policy
We prefer to resolve disputes directly. If you initiate a chargeback before contacting us, please understand that we will provide your treating physician’s clinical notes (with appropriate redaction) to your card issuer as evidence of services rendered. Resolving the issue directly with us is faster and protects your medical record from being shared.
